If you see what looks like a high speed Christmas tree on wheels, it's probably me.
Frustration due to lack of exercise, broken sleep, PMT and a jar of jumbo gerkhins that you can't get into is a recipe for disaster.
Thankfully, the PMT has now passed and the jar of gherkins is open. Even better, I've been able to get out on my bike. The combination of these factors has done a great deal for my anger management (although the woman who got bawled out for almost knocking me off my bike might disagree).
Since then I have invested in even more lights for my bike, and a snazzy new fluorescent vest. So, if you see what looks like a high speed Christmas tree on wheels about town, it is probably me.
It's only once I burned off some stress and started feeling better that I realised how stressed and horribly grumpy I was. I was feeling totally hacked off with pretty much everything and being horrible to people was making me feel even worse.
My partner, his kids and I, went sledging in the brief period when the snow was lying on Sunday. We made sledges out of bits of hardboard and string. It is the most fun you can have for about £6, much laughter and a fair bit of falling off and rolling down hill ensued.
