This week has been a good week, much better than last week.

I'm back into my work routine and getting at least an hour in front of the light box every morning of the week. The balance between sleeping, exercising and working has finally been restored. As a result, I'm generally feeling much livelier and a lot less anxious.

Nonetheless, I decided to have Roman chamomile every morning and night just to keep a lid on the anxiety. This has worked well.

I got 3 hours exercise this week which is still a little less time than I would like in a whole week but it was all good, vigorous exercise including squash, running and spinning classes. (A spinning class is a sophisticated form of torture involving cycling a bike with a weighted fly wheel while an overly hyper person shouts at you).

The days are fair drawing out again, it's been a sociable week and we won the pub quiz! So, it's all good.

Summary

All in all a very good week. I'm going to try to drink less, as although this last weeks drinking was spread over several nights out, I'd still like a good week off after the festive season.
