Corey Keyes Podcast
In this podcast Dr Corey Keyes (Professor of Sociology and Public Health at Emroy University in Atlanta, USA) gives a talk on - How Scotland can Flourish: Improving the Mental Wellbeing of People Living in Scotland. This was recorded live in Edinburgh during Mental Health Week in October 2007. Dr Keyes talks about viewing mental health as something positive and taking this as seriously as mental illness. About Dr Corey Keyes
Dr Corey Keyes is Professor of Public Health at Emroy University in Atlanta. He contributes to the World Health Organisation's publication Mental Health Promotion Worldwide and consults with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Public Health Canada. He is also a core member of the 'Persuit of Happiness' a five year project funded by the Templeton Foundation, author of five books, and in June was a keynote speaker along with His Holiness, the Dali Lama at 'Happiness and Its Causes', a conference organised by the Vajrayana Institute in Sydney, Australia.
