Promoting Mental Health Improvement – Raising Awareness
Promoting Mental Health Improvement training is aimed at people with little or no knowledge of mental health improvement who would like to learn more about the simple measures they can take to support mental health improvement in their workplace or for their clients.
The course includes mixed methods of delivery, including opportunities to work with colleagues from other organisations to plan a mental health improvement intervention locally.
The course is aimed at a range of staff working in the voluntary sector, health service, local authority, other statutory services including prisons and police, education institutions and private sector. It provides an ideal opportunity for local organisations to work together and come up with a planned mental health improvement intervention.
