Training and Learning

Supporting training and learning is an important part of the National Programme's work to improve Scotland's mental health and wellbeing. By learning and understanding more about mental health and mental illness we can change our attitudes and behaviour AND take positive action which could save lives.

There are a number of training courses open to practitioners and the general public that do more than teach new skills and techniques. Read about how individuals put their training into practice in our personal stories section.
