  • What’s safeTALK for? safeTALK is 'suicide alertness' training. It teaches participants how to recognise people with thoughts of suicide and keep them safe.

  • How long does safeTALK take? The course takes a half-day.
  • Where does safeTALK take place? Across Scotland.

safeTALK is half day training with a focus on awareness. It teaches participants to recognise and engage people who might be having thoughts of suicide, and to connect them with community resources trained in suicide intervention.
